To all MBSR practitioners:
Learning mindfulness is not difficult, but integrating it into your daily life and practising it consistently can be challenging and even overwhelming. Even during your MBSR course (and even more so afterwards!), you often feel like you don't have time for mindfulness and struggle with a lack of motivation.
Perhaps you lack the structure and support after the end of your MBSR course, so that you feel alone and demotivated in your daily life as an MBSR practitioner. If only the others from your MBSR course were still around or an MBSR coach could support you in your daily life ...
Take heart: Now there is mindfulness.plus
Don't feel like reading? Then listen in here. (German)
As an MBSR practitioner, you will find support for these challenges on mindfulness.plus. Our platform offers you a community of like-minded people (Community & Groups), support from experienced mindfulness teachers (MBSR coaches) as well as in-depth podcasts, online courses
, and live events for your regular mindfulness practice This makes it a little easier to maintain your motivation and integrate more applied mindfulness into your daily life.
Are you ready to take your mindfulness practice to the next level? Then sign up now at mindfulness.plus.
Being in contact with others between MBSR course modules, rather than alone, can improve your daily motivation to practice. Staying in contact with other participants from your MBSR course and your MBSR coach is likely to help you stay on track.
Celebrating successes and sharing difficulties not only helps you, but also everyone else in the group.
If your MBSR course instructor is not yet on the mindfulness.plus platform, why not invite him or her to open a group here?
‘Can't we meet again next week?" This is a sentence that MBSR teachers often hear from participants at the end of the last MBSR course module. Many MBSR practitioners wish that “it could go on!” at the end of their MBSR course.
With mindfulness.plus, this is easy! Even after the course has ended, you can exchange ideas with people from your former MBSR course and even meet new people who are on the same path of mindfulness.
‘After the game is before the game!’ This applies not only to soccer but also to mindfulness practice. Although mindfulness is simple, many people find it challenging to integrate it into their daily lives. The mindfulness.plus community can support you in this, for example with practical tips, in-depth learning nuggets and online courses, as well as podcasts.

To all MBSR coaches:
You have often noticed that your MBSR course participants find it difficult to practise independently between course modules. This reduces motivation and the practice suffers as a result.
More continuous support from you as an MBSR coach would be ideal, but this is very time-consuming and logistically difficult to realise
After completing the MBSR course, contact with your participants is often limited to sporadic newsletters This reduces the success of your MBSR immersion programmes You've heard about the benefits of an online community and online courses, but the technical hurdles have put you off so far ...
Take courage: now there's mindfulness.plus
mindfulness.plus offers you as an MBSR coach an all-in-one solution: a user-friendly platform for continuous guidance and direct support of your participants – without the high effort of individual support through emails or phone calls.
Our platform allows you to communicate more closely and spontaneously with your current and former participants in a ready-to-use and protected community. The mindfulness.plus team can also help you to create your own podcasts and even your own online courses, expanding your reach and income opportunities.
What are you waiting for? Benefit from mindfulness.plus now!
Not all course participants find it easy to keep going between MBSR course modules. Unfortunately, as a course instructor, you sometimes only find out about this at the end of the course when participants report that they have become disheartened. In addition to the enquiry in the course, direct contact with participants in a community can make all the difference here.
On mindfulness.plus, you can set up your own (private) group if required and provide your MBSR course participants with a secure digital exchange space. There you can store supplementary materials or your participant booklet or the exercise MP3. Everything is in one place and you no longer need to send links.
If you wish, our team at mindfullness.plus can also help you to create short video courses on specific topics for your participants.
"Can't we meet again next week? ’ is a sentence that you have probably heard many times from participants at the end of the last MBSR course module. Many MBSR practitioners wish at the end of their MBSR course that ‘it should go on!’. With mindfulness.plus this is very easy!
You can exchange ideas with people from your MBSR courses at any time, even after the end of the course, and refer them to your in-depth course offerings. You can communicate much more directly and quickly than is possible with a newsletter.
In the mindfulness.plus community, you can offer in-depth learning groups, learning nuggets, online courses and podcasts in addition to your tried-and-tested courses (on-site or live online). These can be free or paid for, allowing you to tap into new sources of income.
Your additional benefit with mindfulness.plus: We can support you with both the conception and creation of content on request. This allows you to focus on what is important to you: teaching mindfulness!

Many years of experience have shown that MBSR course participants often have to deal with similar problems in everyday life.
Balancing work and private life is hard enough. There often seems to be no time left for mindfulness practice. Only around 20% of participants manage to stick with it after the MBSR course ends.
Mindfulness practice also often reveals old habits such as restlessness, high expectations of oneself, low frustration tolerance and impatience.
What sometimes works on the meditation cushion (e.g. focus, inner peace, clarity) quickly evaporates when the hamster wheel of everyday life picks up speed again.
Sometimes it's the seemingly small things that make a big difference.
Scrolling and posting on social media is often a waste of time Here you can really exchange ideas with like-minded people and connect with others in a mindful way.
Maximum freedom and flexibility in learning. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Being connected is a basic human need. Here you can celebrate your ‘successes’ (i.e. insights) and find comfort when things aren't going so well.
„I thought the digital support during the MBSR course was great!“
At first, I found the digital side of the MBSR course a bit difficult, but then I got used to it and thought the ‘provision’ of the many and varied materials was great.
It's great to have the instructions for the exercises, which motivate me to keep going, and also the texts between the MBSR modules to refresh my memory.
Petra (MBSR practitioner)
„As a mindfulness trainer, I think this MBSR platform is great!
When I first came across mindfulness.plus, I was convinced right from the start that it would be a really helpful and great thing. For all MBSR course participants who want to keep going after the course.
And also for me as an MBSR mindfulness trainer who would like to continue supporting my participants competently after the course.
Kathrin Skoupil (MBSR coach)
„This MBSR community is helpful!
I thought the digital support was really helpful. During the MBSR course, I found that accessing it on my computer was way easier and clearer for me than on my phone.

Christian Stocker, an experienced mindfulness teacher and MBSR coach, had observed that participants often engaged most lively in discussions about their experiences with mindfulness practice before and after an MBSR course module or during the tea break. At the end of each MBSR course, the group would disperse and many participants missed these lively exchanges, which can be so helpful in sticking with mindfulness practice.
This gave Christian the idea of first creating a private ‘social network’ for his own MBSR courses, where participants could continue to stay in touch in a protected environment (unlike in a Facebook or WhatsApp group!) between course modules and even after the course had ended.
With mindfulness.plus, Christian consistently pursued the idea of a private ‘social network’ and designed a platform where all MBSR practitioners as well as all MBSR colleagues are welcome. A safe place where we can all exchange ideas, learn and develop together to keep mindfulness practice alive.
The mindfulness.plus platform is designed for people who are currently taking an MBSR course or have already completed one (we call them MBSR practitioners).
The platform also offers MBSR coaches (i.e. certified MBSR teachers) the opportunity to provide more personalised support to current and former course participants.
If you have no previous experience with mindfulness and have not yet completed mindfulness training (ideally an MBSR course), this platform is probably not suitable for you. Why? We don't focus so much on the basics here, but build on what you have already learned in a basic training course.
If you would like to take an MBSR course, take a look at www.abenteuer-achtsamkeit.de or www.mbsr-verband.de. There you will find an MBSR course near you or live online.
